How long will this product stay cool?
Answer: This will depend on a number of factors, which will include the outside temperature, the humidity and the wind factor. Ideally this product will stay cool anything from 4 to 8 hours in a hot dry temperature with or without a wind factor.
Question: How do I start the cooling process?
Answer: Simply immerse the product in water for a full 3 to 4 minutes, wring out the excess water, towel dry the inside polyurethane membrane if required, and wear the product.
Question: How do I re activate, when I feel the product is not so cool anymore?
Answer: Same answer, just re immerse in the water and the cooling process will start again.
Question: Can this product be washed when dirty?
Answer: Yes, on a cool cycle in the washing machine, soft soap and without detergents. Do spin dry, but rather lay flat to dry. Store only when dry to prevent mildew.
Question: How many times can I place this product in water?
Answer: approximately about 400 times
Question: How do I return any merchandise?
Answer: If you have received any item that is defective or you are unhappy with, please call the factory at 800-505-0050 to obtain a return authorization number. We will send this docket to you and you will then send back the item to us, placing the docket on the outside of the box.

Answer: We will accept return of merchandise up to 30 days after receipt, provided it is in good condition.
